We’re happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the ship date. Mail-in returns will have ZERO shipping label fee if you contact us and get the free return label, which is waived if it meets the return conditions as well.

Final sale items and gift cards can’t be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit. If you have been refunded in-store credit and would like your refund back to the original form of payment instead, just reach out to us and we’ll take care of it for you.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
