Term 42 – Returns & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges will be delayed at this time due to Corona Virus:

As a family-run company, we consider our employees and customers part of our family. We are here to serve you and to support you, and we will get through this together. Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed. We may not accept returns at this time due to the safety of our employees.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If there are any errors in your shipment customer notice must be notified within 24 – 48 hours of shipment receipt. You may contact {{phone}}, email us at {{support_email}}. 

*Please note that it takes 1-3 days for {{shop_name}} to process all incoming orders.

Returns & Exchanges Procedures

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return your items within 14 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

Please note our policy. Full refunds are allowed up to 30 days from the shipping date. Items received after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted. {{shop_name}} reserves the right to not accept a refund outside a 30 day period, so please make sure that you return unwanted items within the allotted time frame.

Returned merchandise should not be worn, altered, or washed, they must be returned with the tags still attached. Returned items that do not meet the latter criteria or are deemed non-returnable, will be denied. All returned items that are damaged are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

*Refunds are not allowed at store locations for any online purchases.

When returning items by mail:

Please attach RETURN LABLE that we provide to you.  Please include the reason for return. Send the package via UPS or insured U.S. Postal Service to the address indicated on your packing slip.  When returning or exchanging please include a copy of your invoice in the box, circle the items on the front being returned, and fill out the reasons on the back.

{{shop_name}} will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that you have returned; in order to ensure both our customers happiness and our own please make sure to ship all returns and exchanges through a traceable carrier. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be issued to your account, upon receipt.  

*Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. 

Exchange Policy will be processed the same as Return Policy.
