What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge？
There are two return methods,
① Return label (Return via USPS)
The 1st return label of each order is free (for US customers), and each additional return label for the same order costs $7.99 , which will be deducted from your refund.
Note:
If you are going to return multiple items from one order, please return them together using one Return label to avoid additional fees.
② Self-Sending
(Return by yourself with your own shipping method and at your own cost.)
Return Conditions
- You have 60 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on {{shop_url}} for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact {{shop_name}} Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
- Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
NOTE: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-{{shop_name}} products .

Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Check your orders → Copy tracking number of item you want to return → Take picture of item and proof → Return order
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your {{shop_name}} Wallet or the original payment account per your request.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
